Inspector at the Door?Hand It Over in an Hour.

A PHMSA or state inspection asks the same questions every time, program by program, and expects the evidence on the table. X3 Pipeline Audit lays out those questions, links each one to its proof, keeps your annual reports and findings on their clocks and builds the packet for the next visit.

The Exposure

The Work Was Done. Finding the Proof Took Three People and Two Days.

Inspections rarely find work nobody did. They find work nobody can prove: a record filed on someone’s laptop, a survey from the wrong year, a procedure that does not match what the field did. And every finding starts a 30-day clock.

You did the work. You could not hand over the proof.

Why per mile. Pipeline work grows with miles of pipe: patrols, test stations, valves, leak surveys and assessments all scale with the system. So X3 Pipeline is priced per regulated mile. Every product has a monthly minimum that covers your first 100 miles, because every operator carries the same fixed work whatever its size: written procedures, an OQ program, an emergency plan and annual reports. Each mile after that adds a small amount. All nine products cost about four times one, so running the whole loop is the better deal, and paying for a year gets you twelve months for the price of ten.

Prices in US dollars. Subscriptions renew each month or year until cancelled.

Straight Answers

Questions Operators Ask About X3 Pipeline Audit.

Have one that is not here? Ask X3, or write to us and a person will answer.

Which inspection questions does X3 use?
Questions organized by program area (O&M, OQ, integrity management, DIMP, control room, public awareness, damage prevention, emergency response, corrosion) following the published PHMSA inspection protocols.
Does it file our annual report?
No. It gathers the figures through the year and keeps the due date in front of you. Your people review and submit it to PHMSA.
Can we download the packet?
Yes. The evidence index and open items download as a spreadsheet that opens in Excel.
Do I have to buy all nine products?
No. X3 Pipeline Audit works on its own. Each product owns one job, and you add another when that job matters to you. The command center brings together whichever products you have.
How do I start?
Create your account, describe your pipeline systems once in Company Setup, then add X3 Pipeline Audit (or all nine products) to your plan. Your company starts empty and every screen tells you what to do first.
How does pricing work?
One product is $499 a month for your first 100 miles of pipe, then $3 a month for each mile after that. All nine products are $1,999 a month for your first 100 miles, then $12 a mile. Pay for a year and you get twelve months for the price of ten. Over 2,500 miles, we set the plan up with you.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite your engineers, field techs, controllers and auditors at no extra cost. Each person gets their own sign-in and a role (admin, editor or viewer), and you can limit a person to some products. Everyone works on the same records, and every save shows who made it and when.
Can I keep documents and photos with the records?
Yes. Attach PDFs, photos, Word and Excel files to any record: the survey report on the survey, the dig photos on the anomaly, the signed form on the work order. On a phone, Take Photo opens the camera and stamps where the photo was taken.
Does it work in the field without a signal?
Yes. Add X3 Pipeline to your phone’s home screen. Work orders you opened stay on the phone, and readings, photos and signatures you record without a signal are kept on the phone and sent when the connection is back.
Do the products work together?
Yes. Each product can hand work to the next: an anomaly in Integrity becomes a dig in Field, a failed reading in Corrosion becomes a repair work order, a finished job becomes evidence in Audit. The command center shows every hand-off until it is taken up.
Every question, answered.
