X3 Pipeline is made by X3 Fleet Safety LLC, a Michigan company that builds safety and compliance software for regulated industries. The X3 family covers three regulators with one way of working: X3 Fleet Safety for motor carriers under FMCSA, X3 Workplace Safety for OSHA, and X3 Pipeline for pipeline operators under PHMSA and its state partners.
