Card Today, or Quote and Invoice.
By card (self-serve)
Create your account, choose your products and pay monthly or yearly by card through Stripe. This is the fastest way to start. Create your account.
By quote and invoice
Ask [email protected] for a written quote. Issue your purchase order, and we set up your account and send an invoice with your PO number, payable within 30 days by ACH bank transfer or card.
Monthly or yearly
Either way, a yearly plan is twelve months for the price of ten. Over 2,500 miles, we set up the plan with you.
Bid thresholds: at the published prices, a yearly plan for all nine products stays under $25,000 a year up to 141 regulated miles, and a yearly plan for one product stays under $10,000 a year up to 266 miles. Small systems and master meter operators can talk to us about a plan that fits.
The Paperwork Your Clerk Will Ask For.
- Written quote: your company, OPID, miles, products, the monthly and yearly price and a date it is good until (30 days).
- W-9: sent on request for X3 Fleet Safety LLC, the Michigan company that makes X3 Pipeline.
- Tax-exempt status: send your exemption certificate before the first invoice and we keep it on file, so sales tax is not charged where your exemption applies.
- Sole-source information: on request, a letter describing what X3 Pipeline covers in one system, for your own sole-source or cooperative purchasing review. Your purchasing rules decide whether it applies.
- Security review: our Security page covers data location, encryption, roles, change history, backups, export and AI. We answer security questionnaires on request.
- Terms: our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, plus the addendum below for public entities.
Terms a Public Body Can Sign.
Cities, counties, utility districts and other public bodies often cannot accept parts of a standard software agreement. For a public entity, we sign a short addendum to our Terms that covers the usual sticking points. Ask for a copy with your quote.
Your state’s law
The agreement is governed by the law of your state, and disputes are heard in your state’s courts.
Indemnity
Any indemnity you give applies only to the extent your state’s law permits it.
Funding
If the money for a later year is not appropriated, you may end the subscription at the end of the funded period without penalty.
Public records
We understand your records may be subject to public records law, and we will mark only what is truly confidential.
Prepaid years
A yearly plan is paid in advance for the year, so no multi-year commitment is needed.
Your records
Your data stays yours, with an export any day and for 30 days after the account ends, as our Terms already say.
The addendum changes our Terms only for the public entity that signs it, and only as it says. Write to [email protected] to start.
