Getting your records in

  • Spreadsheets on every list. Each list that takes a .csv upload hands out its own .csv template with an example row: ILI listings, anomalies, CP readings, rectifiers, casings, alarm counts, leak surveys, locate tickets, evidence and more. Fill it in Excel and upload it.
  • Your GIS. KMZ, KML, GeoJSON, zipped shapefiles and CSV points, read in your browser. You match the file’s columns to X3’s; lines become each system’s centerline and points become assets with coordinates.
  • OQ records from your provider. Qualification imports exports from Veriforce, EnergyWorldNet, NCCER, ISNetworld and similar providers. Their task codes are mapped once to your covered tasks and remembered.
  • Your contractors, free. Invite a contractor company at no charge. It uploads its people’s evaluations and cards for you, and nothing counts until you accept it.

Feeds that arrive on their own

  • 811 tickets by email. Your one-call center emails each ticket to your own t-<code>@x3pipeline.com address. X3 reads it, files it and starts its legal clock.
  • Remote monitoring units. Corrosion takes RMU reports emailed to your own r-<code>@x3pipeline.com address.
  • PHMSA rule changes. Regulatory Watch reads PHMSA’s Federal Register documents every day and flags what is new.

Getting your records out

  • Download everything. One ZIP of every product’s records as JSON and spreadsheets, the change history and the index of your documents and photos. Owners and admins, any day.
  • Exports and print. Lists export to .csv, and screens print for the binder.
  • Data API (read only). Keys made in Account give your data team read access to open items, records and their change log, evidence, OQ standing and the requirement library. 5,000 calls a day per key.
  • Webhooks. Tell your own systems when a record is saved, voided or removed, product by product, with a signed payload.
  • Company sign-in (SSO). Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or any OpenID Connect sign-in, for the email domains you verify.
Next

Not Yet, and Planned.

If one of these would decide your purchase, tell us. What customers ask for comes first.

  • Esri feature services. Read your systems and assets straight from an ArcGIS feature service instead of a file.
  • 811 center direct feeds. Tickets straight from the one-call center’s system as well as by email, and the positive response posted back.
  • Work orders to Maximo or SAP. Today by .csv export or the data API; a ready-made connector is next.
  • SCADA historian exports. Control room alarm and point data loaded on a schedule instead of by upload.

X3 never sends your records to another product or to a shared X3 database. Ask X3 sends what the Privacy Policy describes, and nothing else. See how your data is protected.
