Built So Everyoneon Your Team Can Use It.

Our goal is that the X3 Pipeline website and every product screen meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Here is how we check, where we stand and how to tell us about a problem.

Our goal

WCAG 2.1 Level AA, on the Website and in the Products.

This covers x3pipeline.com, the command center, all nine product dashboards, the Tour, Account and the sign-in page.

How We Check

We run automated accessibility tests on the website pages and the product screens, and we work through the screens with a keyboard only. Problems we find go on the list and are fixed like any other bug.

Where We Stand

We have not completed a full, independent conformance audit, so we do not claim that every screen fully meets WCAG 2.1 AA today. Some parts, such as maps and drawn charts, are harder to make fully accessible, and we keep working on them.

What You Can Expect

Text you can resize, real headings and labels, visible keyboard focus, a link to skip to the main content on every page, and screens that work on a phone or tablet.

Report a problem

Tell Us What Got in the Way.

Write to support@x3pipeline.com. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do and, if you use one, your screen reader, magnifier or voice control. A person reads every message and writes back. If something blocks your work, we will help you get it done another way while we fix it.

For purchasing and IT reviews

Help With Your Accessibility Review.

Public bodies and large utilities often review accessibility before they buy. We will answer your accessibility questionnaire and walk your reviewer through the screens. A formal Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT) is not published yet; ask sales@x3pipeline.com about its status, or include your questions with your quote. See also buying for a utility and security and data.
