The Work, in Your Words.

Each of these is a screen with a due date, an owner and the record that proves it was done.

DIMP

Leak surveys and leak grades

Business districts each calendar year within 15 months, and outside them every 5 calendar years within 63 months, or every 3 within 39 for unprotected lines where electrical surveys are impractical (192.723(b)). Leaks are graded, repaired and rechecked in Field.

Services, EFVs and meter sets

Excess flow valves on new and replaced services (192.383), service line valves (192.365), meter and regulator location and protection (192.353), and atmospheric corrosion checks at meter sets (192.481).

811, damage and the annual report

Locate tickets on your state’s legal clock, every excavation damage with its root cause, and the counts the distribution annual report asks for (191.11).
